OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY

Transport Investment Cooperation and Import and Export Joint Stock Company – Tracimexco is an enterprise under the Ministry of Transport, operates in various sectors and is a strong enterprise in the field of imports, exports, international cooperation, automobile mechanics and labor exports.

Tracimexco was established in 1995 on the basis of merging Transport Material Import-Export and Supply Company and International Import-Export and Transport Cooperation Company to implement the main tasks of importing and supplying materials for transport works, machinery and equipment for big projects of the Ministry of Transport and implement investment projects in accordance with the strategy of the government on developing the automobile mechanical strategy, and act as contractor constructing irrigation and transport works, etc.

After over 20 years of establishment, Tracimexco has constructed and developed an operation network nationwide from the north to the south with the total number of staffs of 2,000 people, the total annual revenue of VND 3,000 and the growth rate of over 10%/year. Tracimexco is honorably selected as the investment partner by many international industrial groups such as: Mitsubishi Motor (Japan), Total (France), Kanematsu (Japan), JAC (China), etc. in the fields of manufacturing automobiles, asphalt, and real estate.

With the long history in the business and investment along with methodically-trained staff and the international-standard management system, Tracimexco targets to establish a strong economic group in Vietnam.

 

HISTORY OF ESTABLISMENT AND DEVELOPMENT

  • Decision No. 4915 QD/TCCB-LD dated November 30, 1995 of the Ministry of Transport on the re-establishment of the state-owned enterprise: Transport Investment Cooperation and Import and Export Company on the basis of merging Transport Material Import-Export and Supply Company and International Import-Export and Transport Cooperation Company.

  • Decision No. 2629/QD-BGTVT dated September 01, 2004 of the Ministry of Transport on establishing the parent company (Transport Investment Cooperation and Import and Export Company) under the Ministry of Transport.

  • Decision No. 1569/QD-BGTVT dated June 3, 2010 of the Ministry of Transport on transforming the parent company: Transport Investment Cooperation and Import and Export Company into Transport Investment Cooperation and Import and Export Company Limited.

  • Decision No. 4167/QD-BGTVT dated November 4, 2014 of the on approving the plan and transforming the parent company - Transport Investment Cooperation and Import and Export Company Limited into a joint stock company
